Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Our team uses Miro to either brainstorm during our problem sessions or use the mind mapping tool to problem solve. I personally use it to keep track of my work. I use the sticky note tool to help me organize my priorities for the day.

Pros

  • Infinite Space
  • Sticky Note White Board
  • Easy Hot Key Functions

Cons

  • Tools are very basic
  • Can be hard to navigate if someone new joins and takes control, can easily delete or remove notes
  • Expedite problem solving
  • Works effectively through personal use
It's hard for someone who doesn't know how to navigate through the program
Easy for the team to figure out weekly deliverables and future objectives

Miro works exceptionally well if everyone knows how to navigate through each board. It's nice to use personally for myself where I know where all my notes are, but it would be nice to lock notes so if someone touches the work it doesn't get removed or deleted.
