Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Its ease of use and collaboration features. Also, the templates are amazing and allow for a quick setup time for projects. It has specific functions for facilitators so that they can control the flow of their activity. I do feel that the creators put an effort to create a great user experience. We use flowcharts consistently and this makes it easy. It's a great tool for remote collaboration.
Pros
- We use flowcharts consistently and this makes it easy.
- It's basically only usable when using a track pad, and even then the controls feel clunky and slow.
- The controls are frustrating, the design is unpleasant, and we spend more time trying to figure out how to use it than we did actually collaborating.
Cons
- It can be confusing to know what was changed/by whom.
- The usability of the software is a little difficult.
- It tried to emulate physical tools such as a whiteboard but fails in several facets.
- Helps us to collaborate in many different things like creating a business plan and build the investment deck. Has many and useful features.
- we spend more time trying to figure out how to use it than we did actually collaborating.
- The controls are frustrating, the design is unpleasant
