Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It helps a lot the teams from different departments to brainstorm on one common project, which could have not been possible without a big board room. Very easy to mark things up and it automatically saves the white board every time. It makes the collaboration super easy and it has got video chat, presentation and what not. An organization can not ask for more for its information flow.

At first, the idea takes birth, then the teams and departments are decided those have to be there for the discussion, An invitation is sent to them for a common time slot, and then all come to Miro at the same time. The agenda is decided for the day, we have a verbal discussion we use all the tools of Miro to present our ideas, and then once it's finalized we implement them.
I started using Miro a year ago, Ever since I started using it I felt that I don't need anything for my organizational needs, Miro improves itself day by day. Had a lot of fun sessions like on Valentine's day. And it helps in understanding its tools and interface very efficiently.
In the times of COVID 19, when the whole world was sitting at home far away from each other, organizations were suffering and it was impossible to bring the organization together to discuss the future. Miro made us feel that we are in the same board room. We as an organization need to improve every day according to the feedback so for that we do have a discussion almost every day even if we are not in the same office building. That is where Miro has helped a lot.

Concept Draw does not provide a free version where Miro provides it. In concept draw, it was difficult to find particular shapes but here in Miro, everything is so easy to find. Nothing to share and discuss ways in Concept Draw but here in Miro we have video chat options have a common whiteboard.
We had a project where a few departments had to come together to brainstorm and it was the time of COVID 19, coming together and writing our points on one single page was a huge task, impossible I guess but that is where Miro came in and saved us. I remember we had a long discussion, everybody participated and came up with an amazing end product.
