Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We used this when we were working from home and sharing the same design with multiple team members and updating the design. Share everyone's thoughts and get an experience of working on a whiteboard. This helped us to keep the team engaged and aligned with each other's thought processes. I would recommend this tool for segregated teams working on the same task.

Collaborative thought process comes on a whiteboard, and during this covid 19 pandemic situation where everyone was working from home, collaboration was very challenging. We were habitual to discussing and drawing designs on board in the meeting room, but we were not able to do face-to-face discussions. Miro helped here to achieve the same.
I do not have any experience with the integration of Miro; I was using an internet tool and hence did not explore all its capabilities. Maybe I could not add anything here. We will go and check where and how we can integrate Miro to help day-to-day activities and increase productivity.
It has great experience working with Miro, especially for new projects where a lot of discussions are involved, and multiple stakeholders share their thoughts on board and suggestions to be added on board from other team members. As I said earlier as well, it helped increase collaboration and ensure the team is on the same page in terms of understanding.

I am familiar with draw.io, which is free and can be used online. The only thing is we can not share the same board among the team and work collaboratively. But if you just want to draw and shard design in PDF or any other format, you can export and import it. I used that tool as well multiple times as a free product.
Miro is suitable where the team is segregated and working on a collaborative task. Share ideas among each other using shared while boarding. Sometimes I find it difficult to draw when the network is slow and images are not readable but I find it productive to draw and ensure everyone is on the same page. I am happy.
