Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is great for collaboration and organization across a team. Create a virtual KANBAN board, jot notes, and/or connect different information. The ability to create different boards, easily edit and introduce new elements to your board all virtually made Miro one of the best tools to use during the pandemic. With various offices and a global workforce, we are leveraging Miro more and more.

  • Some UX components need some polish.
  • layering is a bit cumbersome.
  • No templates?
  • More connected.
  • More collaborative.
  • More transparent.
Intuitive to setup and use. Enough documentation to support integration.
Miro was the life raft that allowed us to move to a virtual working environment over COVID.

Well suited for PM and product teams to use as brainstorming or virtual boards. Miro can be used as a good collab document for managing upwards and downwards, for asynchronous updates/notes. It can add a bit of creativity to otherwise mundane or static work (with the integration of designs, images, and icons easily).
