Overall Satisfaction with Miro

The ability to view a project miles stones in a complete way, meaning being able to log in issues and how those issues impact the project throughout the life cycle, allows you to be able to mitigate those issues well in advance. I would certainly recommend this tool to my colleagues and clients.

Pros

  • Monitor project milestones
  • Monitor the status of issues being resolved
  • Ability to identify the length of time it takes to resolve issues and the impact it has on a project as a whole

Cons

  • I would love to see Miro have a smoother use off mobile phones and tablets
  • I would like for it to have a video chat feature
  • Also, the ability for it to have some links to some social media platforms for easier communication with stakeholders
  • Improved productivity
  • Improved view project status
  • Unfortunate that some platforms can't be integrated at present
If Miro could have the ability to integrate CAD drawings and other platforms used to create 3D diagrams of ETOs, it would be really useful as this would be able to be shared with our customers to give them an understanding of where their respective projects are at any time.
It has made it much easier and reduced the need to have numerous emails going back and forth between stakeholders, where in this case, we can just send a link to where the project is and what we are hoping to archive at particular dates. It is also a useful tool when having meetings with team members.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

For projects that are more based on technical drawings [i.e., General Arrangement and P&ID's] where this the entire project, Miro isn't able to have Auto Cad Drawings inserted into it apart from adding a snip. For projects that have parts to be ordered and engineers to be sent to install, run and hand over, this is more suitable.
