Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is the best tool I have used for dynamic collaboration across hybrid/remote/in-person agile teams. We use Miro for brainstorming, product development workshops, product/story mapping, prioritization exercises, research aggregation, and pretty much anything that a traditional PowerPoint or whiteboard session would have been used for in the past.
One of the best uses we've found is architecture mapping. The ability to create quick, clear, and accurate network/system diagrams has ensured that our conversations are always on topic. The unlimited zoom in/out is also critical. Much of the information we deal with is best displayed graphically and doesn't fit in the traditional formats mentioned.

Pros
- Collaborative working sessions
- Hybrid team productivity
- Inclusive work practices
- High-fidelity communication
Cons
- Embedding videos
- Better trackpad functionality
- Clearer board sizing settings
- Quicker user onboarding (setting up accounts/etc. is a major blocker to adoption)
- Improved communication
- Improved inclusivity
- More productive hybrid/remote teams
- Greater visibility to research/decisions
- Information "radiation"
Studies show that two people on a whiteboard is the highest-fidelity form of communication. But when you work with distributed or hybrid teams or simply do not have whiteboards... what do you do? Also, how do you ensure that that information is transferable, able to be copied, and built on? The answer, simply, is that you don't. Unless you have Miro. With Miro, we spend less time reworking/repeating our planning and more time building.
