Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Sketching flow charts for day-to-day activities, and basic bug tracking systems. Adding notes on review boards that are preset by managers/scrum masters. Contributing to workshops by adding text to a list of ideas in workshop fashion. The workshops also include interactive polls. Creating presentations that can be accessed freely and edited and shared.

Pros

  • Easily sketch a flowchart
  • Idea board populated by a lot of people
  • Polls

Cons

  • Formatting text
  • Switching from sketch to official document
  • Improved productivity
No I don't I wasn't part of that.
Doesn't seem to be a problem as a standalone tool. Little awareness of compatibility with other tools on my side
Definitely helps us have close to real-life brainstorms as a remote team.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

We use both.

Miro is easier for sketching

Confluence has some sketching options but is better for a Wiki
Miro is very appropriate when you are trying to put your ideas in place and lay them down in an unorderly order. It is a very good tool to gather thoughts and then unite them into a flow chart or a list of actions. Miro is not very appropriate to create a formal presentation or a document.
