Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Thought Mapping, Retrospectives, Process Mapping, Re-branding workshops, Task Board (Kanban). We need it where collaboration improves with grouping and other visualization of thoughts.
Pros
- Thought Mapping.
- Task Boards (Kanban).
- Retrospectives
- System stability/predictability (better than MURAL).
Cons
- Option to add box around text elements.
- More layout control for mind mapping, maybe the ability to disable the auto-balancing/layout.
- Has helped collaboration with so many of our group being online.
- We've seen a relatively slow adoption due to constantly losing edit access and momentum due to our IT department messing up licenses, but that's not necessarily MIro's fault.
- Transferring from/to spreadsheets has been a big time-saver.
As stated earlier, it has helped unite remote workers.

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?

- MURAL and Google Jamboard
Miro has a slight edge over MURAL in stability and user-friendliness.
