Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro as a dashboarding tool - a lot of brainstorms happen here and a lot of early project coordination. We also use it to conduct our morning meetings - which are essentially discussion groups on various topics.

Pros

  • Brainstorming
  • Featuring external links.
  • PDF viewing capabilities.
  • All information in one place visually.

Cons

  • Sometimes PDF flip through is slow.
  • It can get slow if it gets really big.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Improved remote work collaboration.
  • I like using it better than the teams channels feature - better, more accessible information sharing.
Miro is so easy to use. It took me all of two minutes to get familiar. I encourage groups I work with to use it, and others tend to like it too.
Yes - surely. As I said, I think it is more easy to use for collaboration than some of the team functions that try to achieve the same thing (teams channels). I am always suggesting miro as an alternative to using a team channel for posting ideas or brainstorming.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

We have done early project presentations using miro, and done workshops with clients on specific topics using miro, both of which were well suited. Further along in projects and for deliverables, we wouldn't use Miro just because it is not standard.
