Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Project team collaboration across functions for the delivery of product designs when teams are located separately. An Obaya virtual room for the project plans, Kanban boards, issues management, RACI matrixes and general problem solving. Embedded links are also included for the control of documents outside of Miro and into file storage locations in MS Teams

Pros

  • Flow charting
  • Kanban Boards
  • Team participation
  • Common location for project information

Cons

  • Charts/tables are not easy - Prefer Excel
  • Formatting of test annoying
  • Can't embed MS documents and work on live in Miro
  • Project Understanding
  • Common Goals
  • Easy to use
As explained previously has helped with project collaboration externally within the same company and with those external. Would be good if able to use effectively on a mobile device and also if able to conference call and talk with those in a board without having to use Teams or another tool.

Yes

Good for team collaboration across sites and locations. Good central point for location of information. Can be used with external partners. Lack of conferencing facility so needs to be back up with Teams call. Can be slow to load if a large board and not able to effectively use on a mobile device
