Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro mainly for design reviews, so we post snips from the projects and collaboratively we comment on the board. The main problem has been the time it takes for the content to load. This drives the attention away. Also the shortcuts aren't always working, and very often the content gets erased accidentally when simply doing a CRTL+V.
  • It allows a seamless collaboration from anywhere in the world
  • It helps visualize all the content at once
  • The layout and display design is very appealing to designers
  • Improve speed on which the content loads
  • Make the shortcuts more user-intuitive. This speeds up the use.
  • Sharing settings are a bit complicated
  • Being able to bind boards between them. To create like an inception effect. Fractal
  • Speeds up our QAQC processes
  • It gets stored in the cloud, so you can always go back and review something from a long time ago
  • It helps to make decisions while visualizing everything at once
I have not integrated Miro with any other products.
It has greatly impacted our organization. Specially considering we communicate with our clients mainly virtually and they also use Miro for their teams. We love getting their feedback so clearly and easily. Also internally we have seen how many coworkers collaborate using this tool even though we are on the same geographical place, just because of the possibility of eventually sharing the board with someone from another office.

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Well Suited: collaboration among designers. It is easy to add comments, redlines, sketching (although it can be improved), adding notes. Adding reactions. It is the tool we use for design reviews.
Less appropriate: text documents, exporting to PDF, lists. It is not very friendly with charts, schedules, tables. There are other programs for that, though.
