Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro helps our team visualize abstract problems and share information more quickly across geographically diverse teams.

Pros

  • The native visual frameworks really help teams created compelling narratives
  • The color palettes help keep non-designer teams more cohesive in their presentations
  • the embedded navigation makes sharing the information much easier with teams new to Miro

Cons

  • It takes a very long time to load the desktop app
  • When opening the desktop app it opens ever tab i have ever had open which makes it hard to navigate between pages
  • It seems to have a harder time then other digital whiteboards loading images in the zooming in and out which breaks the flow of information.
  • improves visual quality of digital collaboration
skippinh as I ahve not integrated this with any other products

Yes

They work similarly. Miro has better colors, frameworks and navigation. MURAL is more accessible for new users, Brightidea has many good interactive frameworks
It is good for collecting pre-existing information and adding new comments via the post-it notes.
It is tougher to get started from scratch and managing all of the access limitations, slows down collaboration
