We use Miro as a way to share, evolve, and present ideas and creative work as well as solve organizational needs and issues.
Pros
- Holds a lot of content
- Easy to share/use
- It's user interface is intuitive
Cons
- Too much content slows it down
- When there are a lot of users/a lot of boards, what you are looking for can be hard to find
- Improved productivity (especially when working remote)
- Quicker/more accessible turnaround times
It was crucial to have Miro as a tool during Covid when we were all working remote and has proved to be just a useful now that we are back mostly in person
