Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Strategy and brainstorming sessions, virtual collaborative whiteboard

Pros

  • Real time collaboration
  • Ease of brainstorming and planning using sticky notes
  • unlimited canvas
  • good selection of templates to use for various project related purposes
  • easy to build frames w/elements
  • ease of moving things around

Cons

  • would love some features around auto-align and auto expansion as items are added
  • fewer clicks for formatting text add objects - maybe a customizable floating toolbar
  • ability to make notes section wider
  • Make flow charting easier and more intuitive
  • Definitely improved productivity. Don't have numbers
  • Only really useable collaborative digital whiteboard for virtual and globally dispersed teams

Navisite Productivity and Collaboration (Microsoft Office 365 and MDM), Smartsheet, Box
Much more difficult to use for slide presentations than just using powerpoint.
Great for brainstorming sessions, design thinking sessions
Would love for flowcharting to be easier to do on the fly for mapping out "as-is" and "to-be" workflows and processes
