Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use it to visualize project plans and processes. It helps me better articulate my thoughts to a variety of audiences. Pictures and diagrams are easier to speak to than just a ton of words on a slide.
Pros
- Very user friendly. It was easy to grasp leaving a system like lucid charts
- It can easily be pasted into a PowerPoint deck or word document
- It's easy to share and group project functions
Cons
- I wish i could edit it once i drop it into a powerpoint deck or word doc.
- I wish you could upload a color pallet so that all the template generate using the same color scheme - especially for large companies that generally make all their presentations align
- it would be nice if MIRO was a plugin to Microsoft office to put in small charts seamlessly
- It's been able to help me introduce a new selling organization to the home depot team. We've been able to seemlessly strategize and present to so many layers with ease because of this software
I love that i can brainstorm and move things around and either drop the image in an email or throw it up on the screen to share with my team. It's probably one of my favorite features of the product

I like MIRO much better. It was much easier to grasp where as Lucid chart I was constantly looking up youtube videos on how to use to the point Ijust stopped using it because it took too long to figure out
