Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We will generally use Miro for ideation sessions, however, recently we expanded our use of Miro to include other use cases such as managing the agenda and collaboration of a virtual offsite department meeting.
  • Organization and visualization
  • User interface and ease of access
  • Pre-built templates and idea generation
  • Access from non-registered users has been challenging at times
  • Grabbing shapes and boxes sometimes is not intuitive
  • Finding the right group where the page lives has confused some people in the past
  • Improved productivity and collaboration
  • More new product opportunities developed
  • More efficient information sharing
It's greatly enhanced our ability to collaborate quickly. It allows people to enter the board on their own time or all together. This team has always consisted of about 70% remote members, and Miro has helped them share thoughts and collaborate as if they were in the same room.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Prior to Miro, we really only used Microsoft 365 tools, which don't allow for collaboration in the same way. Miro is superior in it's ability to create powerful work places and visualizations.
We do really like Miro as a visualization and collaboration tool. It's best suited when we are ideating on market developments or competitive actions while brainstorming options for our business.
