Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We will generally use Miro for ideation sessions, however, recently we expanded our use of Miro to include other use cases such as managing the agenda and collaboration of a virtual offsite department meeting.

- Access from non-registered users has been challenging at times
- Grabbing shapes and boxes sometimes is not intuitive
- Finding the right group where the page lives has confused some people in the past
- Improved productivity and collaboration

- More efficient information sharing
It's greatly enhanced our ability to collaborate quickly. It allows people to enter the board on their own time or all together. This team has always consisted of about 70% remote members, and Miro has helped them share thoughts and collaborate as if they were in the same room.

Prior to Miro, we really only used Microsoft 365 tools, which don't allow for collaboration in the same way. Miro is superior in it's ability to create powerful work places and visualizations.
