Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We primarily use Miro to collect and share ideas. It is a wonderful web that can catch and organize resources pertaining to a subject/project. I like Miro and use it for mapping my Development/ Corporate growth path as well.
  • Organize Information, UX is well built out and feels familiar compared to other creative softwares
  • Collaborative Sharing of Information
  • Collaborative Collecting of Information
  • Collaborative Game integration (Team Building)
  • Not sure if there is a web based history? If something is deleted in Miro in one session, when I log back in weeks later could I pull that back up if its since gone?
  • We use templates within Miro to standardize bi-weekly meetings. This improves efficiencies.
Plug-Ins, Widgets, Drag and Drop workflows make it seem familiar even if its your first time.
I used Miro when I was onboarded in Chicago, IL. My company and rest of team was headquartered in Portland, OR. Miro was the touch base point between my manager and myself for a full year before meeting in person when I relocated to Portland, OR.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro was explained to me as a giant whiteboard. To me, this is most similar to how my brain works. I love that I can quickly "park" ideas and organize/return to them later. I like being able to zoom way out and get a high level view, as well as zoom in and focus on something in particular at a moment.
