Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Collaboration on software development with the team - workshops for backlog prioritization, user story mapping, and defining metrics.
  • Alignment sessions - voting etc
  • Codesign - rough sketches
  • Online Workshops
  • Limited number of colors for stickies - add possibility to add custom colors.
  • In the presentation, the mode would be useful to give the possibility to "draw" by hand - to circle some areas, etc. Now you can only point with the mouse cursor.
  • Building a Custom library (now I need to copy/paste from previous projects some of the elements that I want to reuse from the new project).
  • Less time on discussions - we make decision faster when working with visuals.
  • Better productivity.
Integration with Figma was quite easy.
Miro makes it possible to keep the business running:) After covid, we went fully remote, and Miro made it possible.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is great for almost every type of meeting and workshop. One use case I found hard to use is codesign sessions where we were building mockups - when many layers are in a small limited space; it's not easy to put something together.
