Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We mainly use Miro as a planning tool and in our Scrum meetings. It's always nice to see how easy it is to work together and how appealing you can design the presentations (emojis, stickers). Miro is perfect for mapping complex structures, such as the architecture of a software product, since you can easily integrate external sources such as images or videos. In addition, Miro can also be used to create smaller graphics, for example for introduction cards for team members or for smaller prototypes of processes.
  • encourage collaboration
  • easy use
  • many options
  • pages sometimes load for a relatively long time
  • revise pricing model
  • remember passwords for boards
  • improved productivity
  • good tool for graphically depicting complex processes
I did not integrate Miro with any other products.
Miro has made collaboration easier, especially with international teams, where language may sometimes be a minor barrier, it's great to have a tool that makes it possible to work graphically together on a large whiteboard.
Miro stands out from OneNote primarily due to its focus on interactive, real-time collaboration and visual project management. Unlike OneNote's strength in hierarchical note-taking and integration with the Microsoft ecosystem, Miro offers an infinite canvas that facilitates brainstorming, planning, and project tracking with a diverse range of templates and tools. This makes Miro ideal for teams needing a dynamic, visual workspace for design thinking, agile methodologies, and collaborative workshops. Miro's utility is enhanced by its extensive third-party app integrations, allowing it to serve as a central hub for project collaboration across various platforms. Therefore, the choice of Miro over OneNote is driven by a preference for a more engaging, flexible, and collaborative environment, especially for users who prioritize visual communication and teamwork over traditional note-taking and information organization.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is particularly suitable for smaller teams (2-20) people. I think from the moment that there are a lot of people working on a board, the work would have to be divided. But for review meetings where you use the boards to show some kind of presentation to tell a story, Miro is perfect.
