Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Use it as whiteboard in online meetings, capture the work of physicial brainstorm sessions, run workshops, collecting interactive feedback from participants, structure thoughts
Pros
- being flexible in building templates
- collect data on sticky notes, reorganize them and put them together
- having the ability with multiple users to work on the same board
- built-in tools such as timers, voting dots
Cons
- run more fluent when having a large board with a lot of different assets
- more easy give access to guests (e.g. workshop collaborators)
- Saving time in digitizing brainstorm session sticky notes; easily saving hours per workshop
- Easy to find back results in a single place, less searching time spent + faster results
- Being able to hold an online workshop instead of Face-to-face because of this tool; saving travel costs
- Used Miro to collaborate on product design + user requirements for products worth > millions of revenue
Miro has increased our ability to collaborate on projects and all people feel included because they are able to edit the whiteboard content and works really well. In the past remote participants were less included in the creative process as they didn';t see the physical work that well and also were not able to easily review what others had as input.
Because it works well in both desktop as well as completely browser based it was easy to work with collaborators across the globe.
