My team of UX designers uses Miro as a collaboration tool for all UX Research tasks, exploration of options, validation of ideas and initial designs.

No, it was very simple and adequate.

Miro and MURAL are quite similar, but Miro is one step ahead in each of the aspects in which they can be evaluated.
For most contexts, Miro will likely meet your needs better for an online whiteboard, especially if you have a budget. That's because Miro seems to be generally a step ahead of its competition in every aspect of the tool: features, interface, templates, mapping and diagramming, integrations, performance, collaboration, communication, etc. Miro is less appropriate if you need a Collaboration tool focused on facilitation features or your budget is limited.
