  • Sometimes, it's hard to find what we are looking for. A better index would be great.
  • Improved the remote discussions.
  • Better communication.
Miro was a game changer once we started to have remote workers. The migration from a whiteboard to Miro was well adopted and we didn't feel we lost engagement. Having a tool like Miro is a must otherwise the communication and discussions between people in different places would be really hard.

Yes

With some workarounds, Figma can be used to replace Miro but it would require a lot of effort to do the things we usually do with Miro.
It's great for sprint retrospectives, high-level tech discussions.

Less appropriate to detailed data models and tech architectures.
