Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I can't say about my organization, they use for trainings, Agile, planning and retros for scrum.
In my case I use to elaborate and save information about more complex projects.

Pros

  • Easy to see a whole panoram as a presentation
  • Makes easy visualisation of a project phases and the people involved
  • Helps to organize ideas and tools that we have available
  • Makes easy the interaction between users and express opinions

Cons

  • There is not a variety of icons for specific situations, usually I pick from my company
  • The templates could have better tutorials to stimulate using Miro instead of other tools
  • Improved my productivity
  • Improved clarity to the process
  • Is didactic for people
I wasn't in company before pandemic or Miro but I think that's a very good tool for complex projects, training and activity that are not happening simultaneously as well.

Yes

In many situations I had a challenging project that I don't know how to start and Miro helped me to put all my ideas on the board. After that I could see what I have available on people, resources, tools and I could start a logic from there. After I used the same board for a presentation.

When the presentation is more static and with less interaction Miro is not so relevant. Slides can be more easy because everyone is used to work with.
