Use for many collaborative exercises, including planning, workshops, synthesis, and storyboarding. It helps to connect hybrid workers around the work and create engagement with work.

- I noticed that sharing screens and videos with multiple collaborators can sometimes slow down boards.
- Better integrating with Jiro and tools like monday.com.
- Improved Collaboration.
- Smoother workshopping.
Impacted greatly - we have people from all over Canada using it to work on projects. It makes meetings easier to manage - comment and edit in real-time and async.

Miro was the current tool I came into my team using but I have tried other whiteboarding tools (I can't recall the specific name - mural, I think). I feel most comfortable with Miro and it is widely used by lots of teams which helps.
