Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is the essential tool in my team to do the following thing: Create and share documents to illustrate how our system components work together. Use it as a communication tool in our team spark and retro meetings. A tool to design a personal improvement plan.
Pros
- Very easy to draw diagrams and create tables.
- Very easy to integrate with Confluence and Jira.
- Everyone can work together at the same time.
- Lots of useful templates.
Cons
- Hope Miro can work better in small screens like mobile or tablet.
- Help us share knowledge inside the team.
My team is working remotely. Therefore knowledge sharing and retro meetings really need a tool for us to work together in real time. Miro can do it by just inviting my team members or sending a share link; then, we can work together. It also has many useful tools for our remote meetings, such as the clock tool. Very good experience for our meeting.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Yes
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Lucidchart has similar drawing diagram functions and features. But compared with Miro, it does not have that real-time working together functions. Therefore, it is not that easy for using it as a team meeting tool, e.g team retro meeting. In addition, Miro has the better experience to integrate with Confluence and Jira.
