Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is the most effective platform to share and collaborate with different teams. We use it for design Review - both on-line and off-line. Is like a giant white board, and the team can contribute in many different ways.
We also use Miro as a tool for cross collaboration between stakeholders.
  • Post project snips
  • Share comments by different team members
  • Powerfull revision tools (lines, circles, sticks, etc)
  • It becomes very heavy to use in order to the information placed
  • It should provide a storage system
  • A better way to tag team members
  • Improve team collaboration
  • Keep records for future project follow-up
  • Keep team up to date in regards the projects development
Miro is a very self-learning tool, then it is easier to manage the team engagement.
During the pandemics, Miro just keep all team members connected, as if we were at the office doing visioning sessions.

Miro is great for gathering information and collab from teams located in different locations, but you have to be very careful in regards the amount of files you upload, otherwise, your not-so-powerful internet connection won't be enough.
