Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro enables me to move from new product ideation to delivery to my final customer in a highly collaborative way, like no other alternative on the market.
It allows all stages of product or process management to be constructed highly securely yet with all the simplicity necessary so that external customers, internal customers, suppliers, and consultants can work collaboratively independently of their respective infrastructures.
The highly creative templates, easy-to-use and adapt, and beautiful designs give us an incalculable number of hours. But, even sometimes I don't use the templates, the available features make me create my boards in minutes.
In addition to being superior to any other locally installed software, its cloud infrastructure allows us incredible mobility.
Advanced and powerful features, simple to use, support collaboration with real huge teams, and highly secure make me use Miro professionally and personally.
In short, one of the very few tools in the market that I cannot find competitors at the same level.

- Amazing templates from the company and from a huge community making my life very easy
- Ability to handle tables in a more simple way like the others objects
- Create specific tools for Mind Maps like tools specialized just on that
- Picture-in-Picture of a web browser to be used during presentation
- Advanced auto-translate feature where a viewer can change the language just for him/her without affecting the board
- Saves a lot of time used for creating models, designs, users diagrams, and value flows among other needs in a group activity
- We don't need to continuously purchase licences that just a single client use. We have everything in a same format that offers a real reusability of best practices
- A great ROI for a powerful tool
In my experience, MIRO is by far the best tool to work with remote teams in multiple locations, and from several different companies, from clients to suppliers. The way MIRO makes it easy to collaborate is accepted by everyone with collaborative needs in their role, without any doubt.

This was not my decision and I don't know which modality of support we have.
When I have to lead a SAFe PI Planning Event using MIRO integration with Jira to offer a real-time view of issue types states, and I was doing something wrong a few hours before the event started for hundreds of people and the support solved immediately my doubt.
