Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for collaborating across teams and geographies on developing new features for our internal platforms. It makes it possible for us to work efficiently though we are not based in the same country or even in the same region. We also find it quite useful for workshops as it has great features for brainstorming sessions, and for creating reference documents for complex issues and processes.
  • I allows interactive sessions for brainstorming
  • It is easy to use and understand for even the first time users
  • It has pretty good templates for different use cases - it saves time and even serves as an inspiration.
  • Managing user accesses is still sometimes confusing for me.
  • We have a corporate license, but I know as a fact that it is quite expensive.
  • Improved productivity
  • Reduced time we spent on brainstorming sessions
It makes it easier for us to connect and discuss things and brings the quality of the discussions almost close to that of face-to-face meetings. It has many great features like templates for different use cases, timer, and voting features for such sessions.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is well suited for a team that is focused on product development. It is a great tool for virtual/hybrid working teams. We use it for user feedback sessions, team discussions & retrospectives, and brainstorming sessions.

Using Miro might not be that needed if you are not going to use it for team collaboration and do alone work.
