Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro was used as a virtual whiteboard. It was used for the following tasks:
  • Brainstorming sessions
  • Sprint planning
  • Process mapping
  • User research
  • General task documentation
  • Enables collaboration when working remotely
  • Process mapping
  • Providing a virtual ideas backlog
  • The templates provided could be more generic and therefore more widely applicable
  • Sometimes would run slow if lots of people are working in a single board
  • Reduced travel costs due to workshops being possible virtually
Miro is great for this, you can do everything you would do in an in-person workshop but instead you are remote.

Yes

They are similar products, one company I worked at used Miro whilst the other used MURAL. Both are good at what they do.
Well-suited for virtual collaboration, process mapping.
Not so well-suited for virtual voting.
