Overall Satisfaction with Miro

At work, my team and I use it primarily to do quarterly planning. In some cases, I also use it individually, applying miro's functionalities to design the development of some more complex stories and tasks. There is also an application in running projects, where we use it to set priorities and divide the scope of activities among the development team.

Pros

  • definition of priority
  • retrospectives
  • project planning

Cons

  • Search functionality can be improved, as it currently doesn't always surface relevant results.
  • The ability to group and organize boards could be improved, as larger projects can become difficult to navigate.
  • The mobile app has limited functionality compared to the desktop version, making it less useful for on-the-go work.
  • Enhanced decision-making through better visualization of data and processes.
  • Improved stakeholder engagement and satisfaction by providing easy access to project updates and progress.
  • Potential for reduced face-to-face interaction and team building if remote work is prioritized over in-person collaboration.
  • Possible difficulty in integrating Miro with other software or data sources.
  • Quicker return on investment due to lower upfront costs and easy onboarding.
Miro's online whiteboard can have a significant impact on a fintech's ability to collaborate on new projects, especially in remote or distributed team environments. By providing a platform for real-time collaboration and visualization of workflows, Miro can help streamline communication, increase productivity, and accelerate project timelines. The ability to easily share and access data visualizations can also enhance decision-making and stakeholder engagement. Overall, Miro can be a valuable tool for fintech companies looking to improve their collaboration and innovation capabilities.

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is a great tool for me, especially in collaborative settings where team members need to work together to visualize and make sense of complex data sets. For example, Miro can be used to create interactive dashboards, share data visualizations with stakeholders, and map out workflows and processes. However, Miro may not be the best choice for highly technical tasks, such as running complex statistical analyses or modeling financial scenarios, which may require more specialized software or programming language, what is ok!
