Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Currently used for multiple use cases including project planning, retrospectives and team building activities. I think it's main benefit is its versatility and ease of use!
  • Templates for ease of use
  • Very intuitive UX
  • Easily customisable
  • Adding images, gifs and video
  • More export options
  • Bit more in-app guidance for new users.
  • Enabled more collaboration
  • An important part of our agile way of working.
  • More fun
  • Inclusivity and representation
It's been widely adopted in the business, and I would say most people are comfortable with it because of its clean UX and ease of use. As we work with an increasingly remote workforce, it has not just helped us keep collaborating but also build stronger working relationships. Aside from keeping costs of travel down.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I find it's great specifically for retrospectives, where you want to see what went well, not so well, etc., in a particular project. Miro ensures that everyone's views are captured in the best way. It's also great for brainstorming and other discovery sessions where you want to capture as much input as possible- obviously much better than wasting (and having to sort through) physical sticky notes! I wouldn't recommend it for very large groups, however, as it can get a bit chaotic and you end up with a lot of duplication.
