Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to support some of the regular 'online' workshops with involvement of several people (on team or several teams together)

Pros

  • Allows presenting ideas and content in a structured way during an online meeting
  • You can follow what others are doing in real time, real time collaboration
  • Total freedom to draw your idea (flexibility)

Cons

  • Feels tiresome to have to go back to the tool to review the info afterwards. Integration with other 'documentation' tools (e.g., Work, PowerPoint) would be nice (beyond screenshots)
  • No specific positive/negative impact to my level
Significantly when used as tool for online big workshops. Easy to use and get everyone involved
