Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a powerful and user-friendly collaboration tool. In our company, we use it to illustrate designs or diagrams of architectures or solutions that we design for our clients. We use it for day-to-day tasks and it solves the need to collaborate in a hybrid team. Its scope is very broad because we solve issues related to task tracking, workflow definition, agenda activities, organizational chart definition, conceptual maps, and much more. Additionally, you can integrate it with other collaboration applications such as Microsoft Teams, among others. It is simply an incredible whiteboard, and I 100% recommend it.

Pros

  • the voting function
  • recommendation of template
  • integrations
  • collaborations

Cons

  • Clarity in the way they bill new users.
  • Miro reduces complexity by allowing collaboration, reduces the costs of physical presence such as fuel expenses and people's time. With its many functions, it reduces the need for multiple tools
You don't have to implement anything, you just subscribe and start using it. It shows you some basic tutorials that are enough to get to know the tool and start experimenting
As I mentioned before, it reduces the cost of physically moving a person to another location to attend a session. Basically, you can have a remote session and use this whiteboard to illustrate your idea and keep recordings and logs of the sessions.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I believe that Miro is always a very useful tool, and I don't see any scenario where it wouldn't be possible to use it. In every project, there is a stage of ideation, planning, implementation, tracking, and results control, and you can do all of this in Miro. Additionally, you can add other features such as chats, video calls, diagrams, and many other practical things
