We use Miro for high-level cross-team planning sessions (after the roadmap is done in Product Board) and for brainstorming sessions. I absolutely love Miro for brainstorming sessions; their Mind map is perfect for that. We also use it for brainstorming and mapping ideas and initiatives. We also sometimes use it for conversations with others; it makes it easier to reach the productive point of the conversation.

Miro's online whiteboard has made collaboration across the business so much easier. The ability to facilitate remote collaboration and team brainstorming sessions has enabled us to work together in real time, whether they are in different locations or working remotely. The interface is intuitive and so easy to use and allows us to share the completed project. The online whiteboard has improved our ability to brainstorm effectively and helped us cut down on follow-up calls by 20%.
