Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a great collaboration tool. It is great for ideating, researching, planning, presenting, and reviewing. Its greatly used in the agency on a day-to-day basis, especially by the designers, copywriters, planners, and leadership team. When working with people in different time zones, Miro has helped us bridge the gap through its features of tagging and adding notes. Even without a meeting, one can easily navigate and understand the project as everything can be viewed at once by anyone.

Pros

  • Ideation and collaboration.
  • Presenting and reviewing of work.
  • Interactive tools and navigation.

Cons

  • Easy video exports.
  • More design and editing tools.
  • Author of the content and not just notes, who added what image or video.
  • Free plagiarism checks, and autocorrect can be a great idea.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Accessibility of resources to the whole team.
  • Quicker response in reviewing work.
Yes, it has. It has been easier to communicate as a creative with the global teams via Miro. It is even great to ideate and review work sitting from your home to any part of the world. Client servicing people can set up the context and challenge a brand is facing, strategists can set up a work path through positioning and brand drivers and creatives can implement those through art direction.

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It is great to set up agendas and past research. It's well suited for larger collaborative teams than for a smaller team. Great for teams working in different countries and time zones. Designers, strategists, copywriters, planners, and leaders will benefit a lot from an incredible tool like Miro. It's less appropriate for finance employees, administrators, or any area of the field where there isn't a use for ideation and collaboration on a day-to-day basis.
