Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Used for both documenting processes as well as facilitating workshops (ideation sessions, process design, team building activities etc.). Provides us the ability to facilitate design workshops remotely. Primarily used for process improvement and process documentation for automation solutions.
Pros
- Multiple user collaboration
- Large workspace for consolidating multiple process flows in a single space
- Voting functionality
- Flexibility to create multiple different graphics
Cons
- Excel import / excel functionality
- Tables - currently very difficult to manipulate and use
- Ability to create more structure process flows with a better export functionality
- Improved productivity
- Increased engagement for remote team members
Used to facilitate end to end value chain mapping with participants across the US; Used to facilitate team building activities such as voting via bracket, happy hour games etc.
