Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro to write meeting agendas and meeting notes, draft user flows, and make screens and wireframes to brief the UI designers. I also use it to make presentations sometimes, the same way I would use a powerpoint. Miro is hands down the best hybrid design/presentation SaaS I ever used. My company made an internal survey a few months back to enquire about the use of Miro and find out whether we should keep our license, and I promptly replied that I was a frequent user, in fear that they would get rid of their Miro Licence.
Pros
- The wireframing functionality is very handy and easy to use. It enables me to draw all sorts of features & buttons.
- I like the presets/templates. They come in handy when I lack inspiration.
- It is very easy to navigate the sheets on a Miro board by pinching in and out.
Cons
- The wireframe settings can be enriched with more complex buttons.
- Sometimes it is difficult to work with arrows & lines (they are not so easy to manipulate).
- The user should not be able to write text at different scales on the file.
- Keeps all project history. Great for archives.
- More efficient to work with Miro than with Share to store notes & client information.
- Cutting by half the time to carry out team retrospectives (everyone collaborates simultaneously).
Miro's collaborative features have been instrumental in enabling remote teams to work together seamlessly on new projects. Miro facilitates the visualization of concepts, ideas, and project requirements and enhances understanding and alignment among team members. Additionally, Miro's features for project management, such as Kanban boards and timeline visualization, have helped us streamline project planning and execution.

Miro is specifically designed for visual collaboration, offering a wide range of visual elements like sticky notes, shapes, connectors, and templates. It excels in facilitating brainstorming, mind mapping, and visual thinking. If your projects require heavy visual collaboration and ideation, Miro provides a more comprehensive set of tools for these purposes.
