Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Most frequently, we use Miro to map out business problems and create process maps and customer journey visualizations collaboratively.
Pros
- Process maps.
- User journey.
- Flow charts.
- Gathering project requirements.
- Building a project roadmap.
Cons
- I personally find it hard to use frames, it's often a challenge to select the right wireframe if I want to move something around. Wish I could just change the background instead of using a frame.
- I think the free selection of shapes and symbols is quite poor.
- Allowing colleagues who prefer visual representation to share their points of view.
I used it throughout Covid when the entire office was working from home. I basically kept some of my project's documentation on Mira instead of Confluence.
