Overall Satisfaction with Miro
As an operations supervisor, Miro has been a great help in mapping out our processes and collaborating with colleagues from different countries while presenting information in a user-friendly manner.
Pros
- Map processes.
- Collaboration and brainstorming.
- Present information easily.
- Voting and decision making.
Cons
- Some kind of date tracker would be nice.
- Calculations in tables (e.g., sum, divide, etc.).
- Whenever a board has a lot of images, it lags.
- Improved process understanding across teams.
- Better Project management tracking.
- The easiest way of making a diagram.
We have been able to do anything from product creation, and brainstorming, all the way to team raffles.

It has been the best tool I’ve tried, and being able to work on it on any browser anytime without installing it into the computer is a plus.
