Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use mainly for virtual meetings to encourage participation. Allows attendees to participate and interact easily. Also works very well for assigning tasks between meetings, asking to have input. For some meetings can set the agenda and allow participants to then add to their agenda item prior to the meeting.
- Collaborate
- Organizing
- User friendly
- lots of designs
- more in depth trainings
- can be cumbersome to navigate between frames
- duplicating sticky notes requires more effort than it should
- More options on templates- ability to use parts of multiple templates
- Helped meetings run smoother
- allows for better participation
- allows for people to collaborate prior to a meeting well
In our DEI related group members are from all over the United States. Having a Miro board for the meeting agendas keeps a great record of meeting happenings if someone needs to miss. The board is also great for allowing committee members to personalize their portion of the agenda prior to a meeting without lots of emails. During the meetings we can brainstorm and plan with everyone involved and it minimizes noisy disruption of trying to talk and being interrupted.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Miro has more options to save and the sticky notes are awesome. I like that we can neatly continue on the same platform without "erasing" previous work. The templates are great for use and inspiration in trying to determine how to organize. I would like better training options, it seems rather limited in the offerings I have found so far.
