Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it as:

a collaboration space on my projects
my team uses it for team engagement activities
research space for document findings and sharing and collaborating with my team and project members

Pros and Cons

Pros

Miro provides the ability to present a lot of information in an easy way to digest vs. long PowerPoint presentations.
Miro eliminates long email conversations and meetings, by allowing real-time contribution and collaboration without needing 'someone' to be the accumulator and distributor. This also removes the inherent unconscious bias of accumulators/distributors.
It is a fantastic way to brainstorm ideas, individually and with others simultaneously without a person scribing, and the unconscious bias inherent in a facilitator.
There is so much 'space' vs being limited to a 'page'.
It provides the ability to be creative virtually with team activities. Our team recently did a virtual bingo about common phrases we make in Zoom meetings, e.g. ' We can't hear you'.

Cons

Searching for a template to use can be tricky, in finding the 'right wording' to use in my search.
Not many change management templates, so it would be great if you partnered with Prosci to have their templates available to use.

Return on Investment

It improved productivity by having 'all' the information in one place for everyone to see in real time.
It significantly reduced the tracking and finding, usually through emails, the most current documents, and artifacts.

Collaboration

Our team is in several locations and Miro has helped tremendously with providing real-time collaboration and team engagement activities.

Miro is a fantastic virtual, real-time collaboration space that is extremely easy to use. Not only does it suit project and team collaboration, but it is also ideal for housing individual brainstorming, thinking, researching, and meeting notes. Its potential uses are endless.
