A great remote collaboration tool
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We have a global license. I have used it as a virtual whiteboard to be able to brainstorm, have strategy meetings and collaborate visually so multiple people in different locations can all discuss a topic and add ideas while in different locations. We use it where we would have previously used an actual whiteboard.
Pros
- Outlook integration.
- Remote collaboration.
- Visualize ideas.
Cons
- Having multiple teams linked to the same account.
- Inviting collaborators without needing to be on a team.
- User leaving company loses their boards.
- More productive brainstorming.
- More engaging virtual meetings.
- Improved team collaboration across time zones and locations.
Yes, we use it extensively for remote teams who are working from home and across different time zones and locations. It has been extremely valuable as we work from home and transition to a global organizational structure.

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
My company selected the corporate contract, I think it also has broad recognition and is highly regarded, so more people already were familiar with the platform and how to use it.
