- Cloud app - available anywhere
- Collaboration in a "hybrid" environnement (both online and presential team members)
- Templates
- Performance - depending on number of participants or de templates, acces and usage become slow
- sensible date should be hosted in Canada; we cannot use Miro when we have "sensible" data to share (privacy, reglementation issue)
- Some basic fonctionnalities should be available in free version (ex : chronometer)
- Improve collaboration, specially in hybrid projets (team members not in the same location)
- Communication channel for all product / project information
Yes, we have several team members even outside Canada, and Miro helped with onboarding, team building and other activities related to the projects
