Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use it for training exercises such as brainstorming, organizing information in groups, creating user manuals in personality type trainings. I have also used it to create working agreements and for meetings.

Pros

  • Virtual brainstorming, voting, clustering ideas
  • importing images

Cons

  • I have used MURAL previously and they seem very similar my feedback will be on features that I don't know yet if Miro has. Can I create and reuse templates? Can I save part of a board to reuse? Can I do visitor links to non-members?
  • Not sure if there is training or user groups.
  • I don't have any numbers but I know it has reduced travel for in person meetings.
MURAL formed some focus groups with heavy users and it was great to see what they came up with based on those conversations.

Yes

In a virtual work world Miro is great, I have some meetings where we keep going into the same board and adding more. It's a great working space, very flexible.
