Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro across our org to help collaborate on, and present ideas. Most of our teams use Miro to brainstorm and organise collaborative work, and I use it personally to help plan out ideas and concepts. Being free-form is incredibly helpful as much of my work isn't linear in process, it's very complex and involved.
Pros
- Collaboration
- Ideation
- Presenting ideas
Cons
- Runs slowly on my tablet (but my tablet is a bit slow anyway)
- More colours for postit notes, so they can match other items
- Would be good if it was easier to switch between boards without going back to the main page.
- Speed
- Recording ideas
- Allowing all people to have a voice
Creation of new projects is always hard because getting ideas together at that point is hard. This way everyone gets a voice and it's recorded.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Price wasn't a factor, it was more about adoption and existing skills. We love both tools but already had Miro rolled out in a large swathe of our org so it made sense to continue to expand.
