Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro in our team as well as the larger organization for all agile formats, such as team events, workshops, interactive formats that include break-out sessions and others. Miro allows the audience to interact in different ways and the kind of interaction it provides is very valuable to us and our stakeholders.

It is easy to integrate Miro, however it still involves additional steps depending on what tools are used in the company. Signing up to Miro can be a hurdle for new users.
With Miro everyone in the team/project can share ideas without delay and work in their own preferred way. The tool is designed in a way that puts fresh ideas over perfection and moves projects forward fast. The reactions and emoticons are a great feature to keep meetings light and fun.

We use Miro for all agile formats where interaction between speaker/coach and the audience is the focus. We do not use Miro for simple presentations and settings where a lot of users (especially internal + external) with no previous Miro experience are involved. For sake of simplicity and easy access we sometimes refrain from using Miro.
