Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used in the majority of my everyday work. We were part of the product and R&D teams, thus we were involved in everything from requirement collecting to product delivery and even presentations after product delivery. For example, use templates such as project kick-off, stakeholder map, mind maps, 5 whys, and so on.

Pros

  • The pre-defined templates provided excellent starting points for any activity.
  • Awesome team collaboration
  • Can conduct design workshops using the miro
  • I feel flexible creating presentations using miro than traditional PPT

Cons

  • Image masking is the major feature I would love to see in miro
  • Need more defined frame sizes
  • Need more AI design elements
  • Need more visual design elements support
  • Reduced project completion time
  • Improved productivity
  • Ease of use and sharing across the teams
It's really worked or helped us in many ways. Our teams spread across the globe and we have to connect with multiple teams everyday. So the whiteboard or cross team collaboration is a great feature to talk about miro.
