Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it mostly to help form ideas. Flow charts, mind maps, and, most recently, website mapping.

Pros

  • Visualize information
  • Group planning

Cons

  • Users aren't super familiar with the platform
  • When working with a remote team it is tricky to walk users through it
  • Improved productivity
  • saved time on certain tasks
We have not used the whiteboard

WE have only used the free version of both. They are very similar.
We did our website site mapping and ti was really nice to visualize how the navigation bar and webpage play out! For small team activities, the learning curve has been more of a struggle than it is worth.
