Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use it essentially to map workflows and sequence diagrams for process based illustrations.
I use it to edit screens and adding information to screens such as steps , and small guided paragraphs to have better images with addition info.
I use the kanban project shared with my team on a big scale to keep an interactive and easy to use centralized tool for project overview.

Pros
- Arrow connections between objects is very smooth and makes the curved lines make it very natural and easy to look at. One of the best tools for that !
- Keep it simple, selecting forms , adding text , grouping objects is very intuitive and makes all the experience very light and to the point.
- moving elements inside other elements is very fluid and things go directly where there are supposed to (for example in sequence diagrams )
Cons
- Kanban boards are still very limited in options, it would be great to be able to create additional informations fields such as the priority , change the default status to our own workflow statuses ect.
- The IA functionality is not very use full as it doesn't understand the context of your workflows , it would be very interesting to be able to describe a context and instructions that the IA could follow to create a corresponding model (exemple workflow or diagram ) to reduce time for users.
- Graphs a still very limited , it could be great to include more charts and be able to link them with some compatible templates , such as the KANBAN template.
- Be able to share and show informations very fast to a wide range of persons in my organisation without increasing miro costs.
- Reduce time in making process illustrations and be able to collaborate
- Be able to collaborate on same board with multiple persons
I'm working with mostly remote collaborators , so in this way its really a game changer to make ideas and illustrate processes and action plans with other collaborators as it is not easy to demonstrate it only in meetings;
